When the user takes up contact with the provider (for example by means of a contact form or email) the user’s details will be stored to enable the enquiry to be processed and for the eventuality of further questions arising.

Involvement of third party services and contents.  
It sometimes occurs that third party content can be included within the parameters of an online offer, for example YouTube videos, maps from Google Maps, RSS feeds or graphics from other websites. This always presupposes that the provider of this content (hereinafter referred to as the "third party provider") recognises the IP address of the user. For without the IP address, the content cannot be sent to the browser of the current user. Thus the IP address is essential for the representation of this content. We take great care only to use such content whose current provider uses the IP address solely for the delivery of the content. However, we have no influence over the third party provider’s actions should, for example, the IP address be saved for statistical purposes. Should we become aware of such an eventuality occuring, we would inform the user accordingly.
