Booking information

• On the day of arrival, the room/apartment and parking space are available from 3:00 PM!
  On the day of departure, we ask that you vacate the room/apartment and parking space by 10:30 AM at the latest.
• Please inform us if you will be arriving after 6:00 PM and note that check-in is only possible until 9:00 PM.
• For earlier arrivals or later departures, please use the free parking space at the Schlosskopf lift. Thank you!

We will provide you with a dog bowl or blanket on request at any time. In addition, we would like to point out that muzzling is generally compulsory on the Lech local bus.

We charge from € 40.00 for your dog, depending on the cleaning effort.

We expressly ask you to be considerate in the house, your dog is to be kept on a leash at all times!

In the case of anything unexpected happening to prevent you taking your holiday as planned, the following cancellation conditions apply: (http://www.hotelverband.at/down/AGBH_061115.pdf) 

• Up to 3 months before the planned arrival date, cancellation is free of charge
• From 3 months to 1 month before the planned arrival date, 40% of the total holiday cost is payable.
• From 1 month to 1 week before the planned arrival date, 70% of the total holiday cost is payable.
•  Cancellations made less than a week before the planned arrival date incur a charge of 90% of the total holiday cost.

• The apartment prices are per apartment per day for the specified number of people, including electricity and water. The apartments are located in the annex building with a separate entrance and are fully equipped with linens, towels, and dishes.
• Local tax is additional: €4.60 per person/day. Children up to 14 years of age are exempt from the local tax.
• We are happy to offer a freshly baked bread roll service (charged according to usage) in the morning! Furthermore, the sauna, sanarium, steam bath, and infrared cabin in the main building are available to you free of charge during the winter. Only the solarium is charged extra.
• Your bill can be settled in cash or by debit or credit card. We ask for your understanding that non-hotel services (e.g., ski pass, expenses, babysitting, etc.) may be subject to a 3% service fee when paid by credit card.
• A standard final cleaning is also included in our prices. Should excessive soiling require additional cleaning, a cleaning fee of up to €200 will be charged.
• We would be happy to issue your ski pass or Lech Card directly at our hotel!

• Prices are per person per day and include the breakfast buffet (BB) and dinner (HB), as well as use of the sauna area (winter only).
• Local tax is added: €4.60 per person/day. Children up to 14 years of age are exempt from the local tax.
• Surcharge for short stays of up to 2 nights in winter: €3.00 per person/day
• Please note that in winter we only serve breakfast on Tuesdays and not dinner – you will receive a credit note for this (except for special weekly offers 6+1).
• Children's daily rates in an extra bed with two full-paying adults:
  Up to 4 years: €15.00
  5-15 years: €60 HB/€48 B&B
• We will be happy to issue your ski pass or Lech Card directly at our hotel!
• You can pay your room bill in cash, by debit card, or by credit card. Please note that non-hotel services (such as ski passes, babysitters, expenses, etc.) may be charged a 3% service fee when paying by credit card.
